This plenary session aims to promote the safe use of bicycles and improve the cycling environment, while also promoting regional revitalisation by incorporating the perspective of cycle tourism. It will leverage local resources and foster collaboration between the public and private sectors to disseminate the new value created by bicycle utilisation to a national audience.
