ATTRACTION
This is a fascinating course that allows visitors to experience the richly changing nature of the four seasons unique to snow country, as well as the culture and climate of the snow country scattered throughout the region. While stopping off at hot springs, sake breweries and historical buildings, visitors can enjoy local gourmet delicacies such as authentic Koshihikari rice produced in Uonuma. The Joetsu Shinkansen and Kan-Etsu Expressway provide easy access to the area.

During cycling, you can savour fluffy rice made from Koshihikari rice produced in Uonuma and local dishes made from local vegetables. Miso soup and onigiri rice balls filled with the bounty of the mountains are also exceptional.
