main route
This is a full-scale cycling course on a wide-area route of approximately 192 km in length linking Yuzawa Town, Minamiuonuma City and Uonuma City, allowing cyclists to experience the nature, culture and lifestyle of the Uonuma area in its entirety.
regional route
In addition to the main route, there are eight 'regional routes' where cyclists can enjoy cycling while stopping at sightseeing and gourmet spots. Rental bicycles are available from Echigo-Yuzawa, Muikamachi, Urasa and Koide train stations for easy sightseeing tours.
