On Monday 15 September 2025, the JBCF Minamiuonuma Road Race was held on a special course at the Mikuni River Dam.
The heated race, which takes place on a course full of ups and downs, tests the endurance and strategy of the riders, who are encouraged by the enthusiastic cheering from the roadside.
After the finish line, some athletes commented that it felt good to run in nature and that the cheering gave them strength, making the event an event where the community and sport felt united. We would like to thank all the volunteers who helped with the organisation of the event and all those who cheered along the route.
